1. Services Offered

AuraShip Express provides international and local freight forwarding, package consolidation, shipping, and delivery services. All services are subject to availability and these Terms and Conditions.



2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete shipping information.
• Ensure all shipped items comply with customs, airline, and shipping regulations.
• Properly declare the contents and value of all packages.
• Pay all applicable shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and additional charges.

AuraShip Express is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.



3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Perishable items (unless approved in writing)

AuraShip Express reserves the right to refuse, inspect, or dispose of prohibited items without refund.



4. Pricing & Payments
• Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type.
• All payments must be made in full before release or delivery of packages.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Additional fees may apply for oversized items, storage, repackaging, or special handling.



5. Customs Clearance
• All shipments are subject to customs inspection.
• Customs duties, taxes, or penalties are the responsibility of the customer.
• AuraShip Express is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.



6. Delivery Timeframes
• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
• Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, airline schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
• AuraShip Express does not guarantee delivery dates or times.



7. Liability & Insurance
• AuraShip Express is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by:
• Acts of God
• Customs actions
• Airline or third-party carrier handling
• Customers are encouraged to request shipping insurance for valuable items.
• Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for shipping only, unless insurance is purchased.



8. Storage & Abandoned Packages
• Packages not collected within 30 days of arrival may incur storage fees.
• Packages unclaimed after 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of without compensation.



9. Refunds & Cancellations
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed or dispatched.
• Refunds are not issued for delays beyond our control.



10. Right to Refuse Service

AuraShip Express reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or shipment at our discretion.



11. Privacy & Customer Information

Customer information is used strictly for shipping and operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or customs authorities.



12. Amendments

AuraShip Express reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.



13. Governing Law
